1מחויבותנו לנגישות שוויונית ומלאה

במדדקאלק אנו פועלים מתוך תפיסה שלכל אדם, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלויות, מגיעה הזכות ליהנות מגישה שווה, עצמאית ומכבדת לכלים הפיננסיים והטכנולוגיים של הפלטפורמה.

אתר זה נבנה והותאם בהתאם להוראות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ועומד בדרישות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 (נגישות תכנים באינטרנט) ברמת AA, המאמץ את הנחיות WCAG 2.1 של ארגון W3C.

2התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באתר

במסגרת תהליך הנגשת האתר יושמו פתרונות טכנולוגיים מקיפים:

  • ניווט מקלדת מלא: ניתן לנווט בכל חלקי המערכת באמצעות מקשי Tab, Shift+Tab, מקשי החצים, Enter ו-Escape. קישור ייעודי "דלג לתוכן המרכזי" מאפשר מעבר ישיר.
  • תאימות לקוראי מסך: האתר תומך בתוכנות קוראי מסך מובילות כגון NVDA, JAWS ו-VoiceOver, תוך שימוש במבנה סמנטי (Semantic HTML), תגיות ARIA וכותרות סדורות.
  • ניגודיות צבעים והפרדה חזותית: יחס ניגודיות מחמיר מעל 4.5:1 לכל האלמנטים הטקסטואליים. תמיכה במצב ניגודיות גבוהה.
  • סרגל נגישות צף מובנה: סרגל כלי נגישות עצמאי המאפשר שינוי גודל טקסט, גופן קריא, הדגשת קישורים וביטול אנימציות.

3סייגים לנגישות ומסמכים חיצוניים

על אף מאמצינו להנגיש את כלל דפי המערכת, ייתכן שיתגלו חלקים או מסמכים שטרם הונגשו במלואם:

  • מסמכי חוזה ישנים (PDF סרוק): קובצי חוזים שנסרקו על ידי צדדים שלישיים עשויים להיות תמונות ללא שכבת טקסט דיגיטלית. המערכת מספקת מנגנון חילוץ AI הממיר אותם לטבלאות נתונים נגישות.
  • גרפים פיננסיים: עבור כל גרף או מגמת מדד, מוצגת טבלה מספרית מפורטת ונגישה לקוראי מסך.

4הסדרי נגישות פיזיים ופרטי רכז הנגישות

השירות במערכת מדדקאלק הינו שירות אינטרנטי בלבד (אונליין) הפועל בענן ללא קבלת קהל פרונטלית. לפיכך, ובהתאם לתקנות 34 ו-35 לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, אין במערכת הסדרי נגישות פיזיים במבנה.

1Commitment to Full & Equal Accessibility

At MadadCalc, we believe that every individual, including persons with disabilities, deserves equal, independent, and dignified access to all digital tools and financial technologies on our platform.

This platform has been built and adjusted pursuant to Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and complies with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Web Content Accessibility) Level AA, incorporating the international W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Comprehensive technological accommodations have been integrated into the platform:

  • Full Keyboard Navigation: Complete keyboard accessibility using Tab, Shift+Tab, arrow keys, Enter, and Escape. A dedicated "Skip to Main Content" mechanism allows direct navigation.
  • Screen Reader Compatibility: Compatible with leading screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver via semantic HTML5, descriptive ARIA attributes, and structured headings.
  • Visual Contrast: Strict color contrast ratios exceeding 4.5:1 across all typography. Built-in high contrast mode and grayscale options available with one click.
  • Embedded Accessibility Toolbar: Floating accessibility panel enabling instant font scaling, dyslexia-friendly font, link underlining, and reduced-motion animation controls.

3Accessibility Limitations & Third-Party Content

Despite our thorough efforts to ensure full digital accessibility, certain external elements may present limitations:

  • Scanned Historical PDFs: Lease agreements scanned by third parties without digital text layers. MadadCalc provides an AI extraction engine converting scans into accessible data tables.
  • Complex Financial Graphs: All index trend charts are accompanied by accessible, structured numeric tables for screen readers.

4Physical Accommodations & Accessibility Coordinator

MadadCalc is a 100% online cloud SaaS platform with no walk-in public reception. Therefore, pursuant to Regulations 34 and 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, there are no physical building accessibility arrangements.
