1Standard Cancellation Right (14 Days)

Pursuant to Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("Distance Selling Contract"), a consumer who purchased a subscription or digital service on the site may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or receipt of the transaction disclosure document (whichever is later).

2Extended Cancellation Right (4 Months for Protected Groups)

A consumer who is a senior citizen (age 65+), a new immigrant (up to 5 years from receiving an immigrant certificate), or an individual with disabilities as defined by law, may cancel the transaction within 4 months from transaction date or receipt of transaction disclosure document (whichever is later), provided that the engagement included communication (including electronic communication) between the consumer and the business.

3Statutory Refund & Fee Cap

In the event of lawful cancellation, the operator will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. The operator may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, pursuant to Section 14E of the Law.
