Legal Capacity & Age Restriction (18+): Use of the MadadCalc platform, account registration, and subscription purchases are strictly permitted to individuals aged 18 and older possessing valid legal capacity under the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law, 5722-1962, or duly registered corporations. Any use by a minor requires prior express consent from a legal guardian.

Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance: Payment and credit card processing on the platform are encrypted and secured via certified clearing gateways compliant with the strictest PCI-DSS Level 1 standard. Credit card details are processed directly within the certified PCI environment and are never stored on MadadCalc servers.

2Explicit Non-Advisory Statement (Mathematical Tool Only)

The MadadCalc platform is a technological software and mathematical calculation aid only. The data, calculations, AI scans, reports, and notices displayed in the system do NOT constitute legal, appraisal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and do not replace professional opinions from a certified attorney, CPA, or real estate appraiser.

Duty of Verification: The user bears the sole and full responsibility to inspect, cross-reference, and verify every calculation result, linkage formula, base date, floor clause, or interest rate against the specific provisions of the underlying lease agreement and official source records.

Demonstrative Previews, Mockups & Visuals: All cockpit showcases, screenshots, data tables, and graphs displayed across the site are provided for illustrative and demo purposes only (Illustrative Mockup / Demo Purposes Only) and do not represent actual records of any specific property, tenant, or agreement.

3Absolute Limitation of Liability (Zero Liability)

The operator, its developers, suppliers, and managers shall bear no liability, whether direct or indirect, in tort, contract, or under any law, for any damage, loss, collection deficit, non-collection, overpayments or underpayments, linkage differentials, lost rental income, distress, collection expenses, legal fees, or any consequential or special damages incurred by the user or any third party resulting from using the system, relying on its reports, software glitches, server downtime, or AI extraction errors. The user assumes all risks associated with reliance on calculation output.

4Maximum Liability Cap

Without derogating from the above, if a competent judicial authority determines any operator liability notwithstanding the disclaimer clauses, it is agreed that the total, cumulative, and final compensation payable to the user for any cause shall be strictly limited to the lower of:

• The amount actually paid by the user to the operator for platform services during the 3 months preceding the alleged damage event;
• Or a total sum of 100 ILS (one hundred New Israeli Shekels) only.

5Third-Party Data Only (AS-IS Data)

Consumer price indices, construction inputs indices, official exchange rates, and prime interest rates are ingested directly from open databases of the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) and the Bank of Israel. The operator is not responsible for publication schedule delays (e.g. on the 15th of the month), governmental network disruptions, CBS bulletin errors, retroactive revisions, or base year adjustments. The service is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis.

6User Indemnification Obligation

The user hereby undertakes to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator, its employees, directors, and agents immediately against any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, fine, expense, or payment (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) raised by any third party (including tenants, landlords, accountants, tax authorities, or financial institutions) arising directly or indirectly from the user's use of the system, generation of reports, or breach of these terms.

7Institutional Record, QR Code and Technological Audit (Evidence Ordinance)

Official calculation reports generated by the system include timestamps, cryptographic hashes, a full audit trail, and an authenticity QR verification code. The system was engineered to meet the criteria of Section 36 of the Israeli Evidence Ordinance [New Version], 5731-1971 ("Admissibility of Institutional Records"). However, the operator does not guarantee that any particular court will accept such report as conclusive evidence, and the user must present original source lease documents and payment vouchers when required.

8Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These terms, their interpretation, validity, and enforcement, shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding international conflict-of-law rules. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter, dispute, or proceeding related to the system or these terms shall belong exclusively to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, and no other court shall have jurisdiction.

9Calculation Data Privacy, Zero-Admin Access and Aggregate Statistics

The operator commits to the highest standards of privacy and commercial confidentiality:

• Strict Confidentiality & Zero-Admin Access: Contract amounts, rental terms, and calculation parameters entered by the user are strictly confidential and inaccessible to anyone, including platform administrators, employees, or operators. Calculations execute purely in the user's client browser.
• Consent to Anonymous Aggregate Statistics: The user authorizes the operator to collect anonymous, aggregate telemetry only (such as total calculation volume, index type distribution, floor clause usage frequency, and execution speed) without identifying personal data, without individual contract figures, and without user account or IP attribution, solely for service enhancement and macro trend monitoring.

11Notice & Takedown Procedure (Intellectual Property)

The operator respects third-party intellectual property and copyright. Infringement claims should be submitted in writing to info@madadcalc.co.il. All intellectual property rights in the website, algorithms, base year chaining formulas, UI design, and source code belong exclusively to Reuven Shans.

12Force Majeure, Security Realities & External Links

The operator shall not be held liable for delays or downtime resulting from Force Majeure, war, military actions, emergency military call-up (Tzav 8 reserve duty), Home Front Command directives, or nationwide cyber warfare. Links to external sites and government databases are provided solely for user convenience, without liability for third-party content.
